Product Description
Jet Pulse Filters are high-efficiency industrial filtration systems designed to capture and separate dust, fumes, and fine airborne particles generated during material conveying, storage, production, loading, and unloading processes.
These filters operate with a fully automatic self-cleaning system using high-pressure air pulses (Jet Pulse), ensuring continuous performance, stable filtration capacity, and extended filter element life.

Operating Principle
During the transfer or discharge of bulk materials, dust-laden air is drawn or pushed into the filter housing depending on the system pressure (positive or negative).
Inside the filter, the process occurs in several stages:
1. Dust-laden Air Intake
Contaminated air is directed into the filter chamber.
2. Particle Separation Through Filter Elements
Dust particles are captured by:

Clean air passes through the filter media and is released back into the environment or system.
3. Automatic Cleaning – Jet Pulse System
A reverse compressed-air pulse is periodically injected into the filter elements to remove accumulated dust.

4. Dust Discharge
