Deba Pneumatic – Air Mixer Feeding System

DEEPA Pneumatic Feeding System for Mixers

Advanced Pneumatic Conveying for Efficient Mixer Feeding

The DEEPA pneumatic feeding system from SYORITEC provides a fully enclosed and highly efficient solution for unloading Big Bags and transferring bulk materials—powders, granules, and fine particles—directly into one or multiple mixers using compressed air conveying.

The system is designed for continuous, contamination-free feeding of mixers, homogenizers, reactors, preparation tanks (such as Lime Milk Tanks), storage units, vibration cones, and feeding hoppers.
Typical materials include cement, calcite, lime, gypsum, starch, bentonite, talc, PVC, and a wide range of powdered products.

How the System Works

After the Big Bag is placed on the discharge station, the material flows into the feeding bunker and is dosed into the pipeline through a rotary valve or airlock.
Depending on the application, the material is conveyed to the mixer using one of the following pneumatic methods:

• Positive Pressure Conveying (Dilute or Dense Phase)

Compressed air pushes the material horizontally and vertically through the pipeline to the cyclone located above the mixer.
Material diverter valves enable feeding multiple mixers from a single unloading point.

• Vacuum Conveying (Negative Pressure)

Ideal for heat-sensitive or explosive materials.
A blower creates a vacuum that pulls the material through the pipeline into a jet cyclone, where the air and product are separated before feeding the mixer.

Both methods operate fully automatically through level sensors, air direction valves, and the control panel—ensuring stable, continuous, and safe conveying.

System Components

A complete DEEPA pneumatic feeding system typically includes:

  • Big Bag unloading unit

  • Roots or centrifugal blower / compressor

  • Rotary valve (Airlock feeder)

  • Pipeline and fittings

  • Material diverter valves

  • Cyclone or jet pulse filter

  • Automatic control panel

  • Level and pressure sensors

Key Advantages

  • Ability to feed multiple mixers from one unloading station

  • Dust-free and enclosed conveying for a clean working environment

  • Extremely low maintenance due to minimal moving parts

  • Preserves material integrity with gentle conveying compared to mechanical systems

  • Suitable for long conveying distances

  • Fully automatic and continuous operation

  • Reliable feeding even with poor-flow or cohesive materials

Application Areas

DEEPA pneumatic feeding systems are widely used across various industries:

Cement – Construction chemicals – Plastics – Ceramics – Food – Pharmaceuticals – Energy – Micronized minerals – Agriculture – Seed processing – Glass – Paper – Animal feed – Wood processing – Water treatment and wastewater plants.

The system is suitable for transferring materials from Big Bags into:

  • Mixers

  • Reactors

  • Blenders

  • Feeding hoppers

  • Preparation and solution tanks

  • Storage silos
