The SYORITEC Bag Dump Station is engineered to ensure safe, efficient, and dust-free unloading of bulk materials delivered in bags or sacks.
The system handles a wide range of materials — from free-flowing granules to fine powders with poor flowability — while maintaining a clean, enclosed, and operator-friendly working environment.

Operating Principle

The operator places the bag inside the dumping chamber and opens it manually.
The material flows by gravity into the discharge hopper, while the high-efficiency dust extraction system pulls airborne particles into the filter unit.
Separated dust is returned back into the hopper, preventing product loss and ensuring a fully dust-controlled process.
This closed system keeps the working area clean and improves operator safety and productivity.
